Each question you answer narrows and filters our database. Resources recommended for you will be based on how you answer. We promise always to provide at least three resources no matter how specific you answer the quiz!

A note from our founder
Ever wish you could go back in time and tell yourself something you now know? Same!
If I could go back in time, I'd tell my former self: "What happened to you was not your fault."
Those were the words I needed most after I reported what had happened to me and when I shared my story with friends and family. Those are the words you may be needing right now.
So this is me reaching out through the screen you are reading this from to let you know it was not your fault.
Even if you do not believe it now, it took me nearly four years to honestly believe those words and break down the societal stigma that shames survivors - I want you to know that it was not your fault.
I truly believe the first step to supporting a survivor is by believing their story. With Beyond Believed, I am on a mission to help survivors beyond belief.
